Client Feature: Rob, Ashley & Sammy

Ashley and Rob came to me for help when little Sammy was 6 months old. They had a goal of creating a consistent sleep schedule and introducing self soothing skills that Sammy would be able to carry forward throughout his life.
Grab a cup of coffee and read through what Ashley had to say about their sleep training journey.

  1. Prior to working with Kyla, what were your child’s biggest sleep challenges?

Sammy’s sleep had many challenges. He was waking up many times throughout the night, he was still sleeping in our room in the bassinet, he still wanted to be swaddled, he did not nap consistently, he would go to bed at different times. His sleep schedule and habits were a mess!

  2. What made you decide to reach out to Kyla?

Our family was looking for guidance in creating healthy sleep habits for Sammy and getting more consistent sleep for everyone. After speaking with a few moms, we were recommended to Kyla for help!

  3. What was the process like working with Kyla?

Working with Kyla was so easy! She is very professional and supportive. She guided us so well during the process and I greatly appreciated her fast responses to any questions we had and her follow ups after the process too.

  4. How has sleep training benefited your family?

Everything is better! We are all much more well rested and happier! It has also been amazing to have a consistent sleep schedule so I can complete tasks during the day.

  5. What would you like other parents to know about working with a sleep consultant?

Every family has different needs and Kyla is great at helping your family achieve your sleep goals while making sure everyone is comfortable and supported during the process.

  6. What is your best advice for new parents?

You won’t regret it! It was amazing having Kyla guide us so we could successfully teach our little one to self soothe and be able to put himself to sleep. We had so many questions as first time parents and it was so helpful having her by our side.
